Introduction
Material：Made of 80% high-purity quartz sand mixed with 20% food-grade high-performance resin and injected under high pressure. Because of its solid texture and wear resistance, it is also called artificial granite sink.
Process：It is molded in one go through the molding process under a certain temperature and vacuum state.
Product features
● The surface hardness is as high as 6-7 degrees on Mohs scale, effectively preventing scratches and dirt.
● Good impact toughness: it can withstand the free fall of a 300g steel ball without breakage.
● It has good acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance and will never rust.
● No discoloration, no bleeding, no deformation, no cracking, high temperature resistance, up to 280 degrees Celsius.
● It has good quietness and its depth is generally more than 200 mm or even 240 mm. It is difficult for water to splash out during operation.
● Healthy and environmentally friendly, non-toxic, non-radiative, and does not contain heavy metals.
Installation and maintenance
● There are three installation methods: above the table, under the table, and on the table.
● Keep your sink clean and dry. Rinse and dry the sink after each use (especially suitable for areas with high mineral content in the water)
● Use the rough side of the sponge to apply detergent (laundry powder) to remove traces of oil and other stains.
● For stubborn stains, spots, and different colors, you can pour an appropriate amount of stone cleaner (you can use washing powder or vinegar instead), soak it in water for a few hours, and then wipe it with a cloth.
● If the stain has penetrated into the sink, make a solution of 40 parts water mixed with 1 part bleach, pour the solution into the sink and let it soak overnight. Then rinse thoroughly with water. This method cannot be used as a cleaning method for regular cleaning.
● Quartz sinks are made of extremely hard material. Some metal utensils can leave metal residue on the bottom of the sink. This will actually leave marks on the surface of the sink which can be removed with a nylon brush and laundry detergent
